To help us help you faster, it’s useful to include the app name, your device and OS version, and a short description of what happened (a screenshot is great too).

Each app has its own site with the latest information. You can always email us instead.

Billing & subscriptions

Purchases and subscriptions for our iOS apps are handled by Apple through your App Store account. To view, change, or cancel a subscription, or to request a refund, use Apple’s billing support. If something still isn’t right, email us and we’ll do our best to help.
